Starting in 1979 Cabernet was added, the first year with 10%. It gradually increased and from 1997 it was 40%, the percentage that it has held since then." but it is not correct. Vigorello 2007 is 50% caber sauvig, 45% merlot and 5% petit verdot. In 2001 merlot was added (15% that year). I don't know when sangiovese was "ousted" but 2006 was without sangiovese (it was 50% cab sauv and 50% merlot) and 2007 saw first year with 5% of petit verdot.Fabriziohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04100463955913370310noreply@blogger.com
