2006 Côte-Rôtie Echandols, Michel Mourier
A mature, low-keyed nose with notes of scorched earth, dried meat, violets and dried flowers. Not the lift on the nose I had expected.
The taste is soft and mature with notes of dried blueberries, violets and some light peppery aromas. A medium long finish. Drinking nicely.
