2004 Chiroubles Cuvée Prestige, Domaine Emile Cheysson
A laid back, mature nose with notes of cooked root vegetables, wet earth, red currants and hints of band aid.
The taste is sandy and better than the nose, with notes of red currants, red beets and herbs. Fresh. A fine acidity.
