NV Blanc de Blancs, Fernand Lemaire
This Hautvillers Blanc de Blancs offers up an upfront, creamy nose with notes of toasted bread, peaches, flint, orange peel and a touch of chamomile.
The taste is crisp and pure with notes of lemon cream, oranges, chrushed rock and matchbox. A very fine acidity. Yummy and ready for prime time drinking.
