2012 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs, André Jacquart
A high, creamy yet laid back nose with notes of fennel, chrushed rocks, dried up lemoncello and toast. Intense and fine.
The taste is very young and very tight with a cleansing acidity and deep, locked up fruit in the shape of ripening apples and lemon peel. Lots of chalk. Needs plenty of time. 8+ years.
92p (tasted 2022/11)
