NV BLCK, Alain Mercier
This Blanc de Noir offers up a steely, laid back nose with notes of dried raspberries, tiles, sweet minerals and a touch of lavender. Very, very good.
The taste is racy and fine with a cleansing acidity and notes of red apples, steel, minerals and dark bread. Long and fine. 3+ years.
