2024 Monastrell, Parajes del Valle
A light, finely tuned nose with notes of fresh strawberries, earth, spices and a fresh peppery note. Very, very good.
The taste is cool and juicy with a fine acidity, notes of dried strawberries and assorted herbs. A light, fine structure. Hitting way over its price tag.
