First evening on Gotland - grilled chicken, pasta and a mushroom sauce. What to open?

2015 Langhe Nebbiolo, Bartolo Ma‭scarello
A lovely perfumed, low keyed yet intense nose with notes of sour/sweet cherries, dry raspberry licorice, paint and dry leather. Very fine.
The taste is juicy and refined with notes of dried red currants, a hint of chocolate wafers, esrth and dry leather. Very polished tannins. Long and fine.
