2010 Rossese di Dolceacqua Galeae, Ka*Mancine
Last time I tasted this was at the estate almost six years ago. Now it shows an open, mature, round nose with notes of dried up strawberry jam, white pepper, wet stones and herbs. Very, very good.
The taste is tigth and seedy with notes of wild strawberries, forest floor, white pepper and dry licorice. Salivating, light peppery tannins. Long and fine. For drinking now and the coming 5+ years.
