2020 Dogliani Briccolero, Chionetti
Last tasted two years ago - Barolista: 2020 Dogliani Briccolero, Chionetti - this Dolcetto evolves slowly. The nose is young and stony with notes of cranberries, blueberries, bakelite and sun warm rocks.
The taste is tight and seedy with notes of black cherries, blueberries, chrushed rocks and herbs. If anything, it feels even younger than two years ago. I will wait 5+ years with my remaining bottles.
