A Bottle of Bubbly - NV Leclerc Briant Les Crayères Brut

Tired after a great barbeque dinner yesterday at M & J (with some stunning wines from Stonestreet, Dönnhoff, Salvioni, Cerbaione, Clerico, Huet and more...post coming soon) I needed something to pick me up this evening, and a bottle of Champagne is the perfect drink too start with!
What to open next...?

NV Leclerc Briant Les Crayères Brut
This has a open, extrovert, fine nose with lots of ripe yellow apples, peaches, some toast, chalk and lots of sweet minerals. Not that deep but very upfront and yummy.
The taste is fresh, fine and gulpable with fine notes of yellow and red apples, dry fudge, chalk, oyster shells and some grassy notes. The finish is medium long, fresh and crispy. A very nice drinking Champagne. I´m back!
