The nose opens a bit shy but with some air it evolves into a magnificent semi mature Barolo - full of dried cherries, mushrooms - both dried and fresh, licorice, rosehips, autumn leaves and a touch of truffels. Ethereal in the try sense of the word. Beautiful.
