Preparing For Dinner

There is a birthday dinner at home later tonight - so far this is on its way...

The cook need something to get things going...

Chocolate mousse with mini marshmallos - and some Port later

For starters we will have...

 
And for the main course...


Coeur the filet Provencele minus the meat and garlic butter...
