2013 Brut, Olivier & Laëtitia Marteux
50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir. 5 gr dosage. 7 years on the lees.
The nose is crisp and fine with notes of yellow apples, ginger, matchbox and gravel. Very, very good.
The taste is finely tuned and steely with notes of lemons, pickled ginger and dried flowers, A very good acidity.

2010 Extra Brut, Olivier & Laëtitia Marteux
The 2010 has the same grape mix as the -13. 2 gr dosage and 11 years on the lees.
The nose is racy and mineral laden with gorgeous yellow fruit and notes of cap gun smoke, lemon cream and chushed rocks. Gorgeous.
The taste is dry and delicate with notes of white currants, lemon cream, sweet minerals and smoke. A crisp acidity. Very long.
