My first visit to Erbaluna, or Azienda Agricola Erbaluna di Andre Oberto, which is the full name of the cantina. But I have tasted some mature bottles over the years, for example this - 1993 Barolo Vigna Rocche.
The cantina makes ca 70.000 bottles per year from 15 ha.
Samuela took great care of me, showed me the old cellar (see above) with bottles dating back to 1931 and from 1958 onwards a collection of every vintage (I thought it to be a good idea to open a bottle from The Greatest Vintage Ever, as everyone know is 1964, but to no avail :-))
