2017 Estate Chardonnay, Mount Eden Vineyards
A deep, rich, gorgeous nose with notes of lemon cream, matchbox, whitebpeach, roasted nuts, yellow flowers and lemon fudge. Just lovely. Layers upon layers. Hints of linoleum. Stately.
The taste is creamy and concentrated with focus, balance and richness. Beautiful fruit, a lively acidity and a long, long finish. Dry and very fine. Great wine. Need to get more of this beauty.
