2016 Barbaresco Starderi, Renato Fenocchio
A very elegant, high nose with notes of red currants, rosehips, smoke and red tea. Just lovely. Still very young though.
The taste is tight and focused with stunning notes of herbs, red currants, orange peel and chrushed rock. Racy. Silky tannins. 6+ years. Last tasted 3 years ago.
