Brothers Savio & Mauro Daniele founded the cantina in 1997. They were pivotal, with Elvio Cogno, in the task to save Nas-Cëtta from extinction. Now they produce one of the best, again with Elvio Cogno, Nas-Cëtta´s out there. Mauro Daniele sadly passed away in 2021.
Savio took great care of me, showed me the cellar and poured these fine wines.
2024 Langhe Nas-Cêtta del Comune di Novello
The grapes for this wine comes from four different vineyards. The nose is clean and handsome with notes of white flowers, apricots and a hint of white pepper. Very good.
The taste is elegant and nicely balanced with fine saline touch and a medium long, dry finish.

2024 Langhe Nas-Cëtta del Comune do Novello Vigna Pasinot
A part of what makes up this wine comes from vines plantes in 1948. The nose is deep and racy with notes of apricots, peach, chrushed rocks and chives. Very fine.
The taste is pure and fresh with gorgeous yellow fruit, a very fine acidity and a long, silky finish.

2023 Barbera d´Alba Perole
A large scaled, open nose with notes of ripe raspberries, licorice and bonfire smoke. Very, very good.
The taste is tighter than the nose indicate, a meaty structure, notes of salmiak and warm tiles. A fine acidity.

2023 Nebbiolo d´Alba Superiore Pasinot
A delicate, open nose with notes of ripe red cherries, rosehips, smoke and a hint of chocolate. Very fine.
The taste is tight and balanced with notes of hard cherry candy, cedar wood, forest floor and dried flowers. Long and fine.

2021 Barolo Corini-Pallaretta
A deep, restrained nose with tar & roses, cold asphalt and Langhe earth. Lovely.
The taste is more forward than the nose indicates with noted of red currants, red cherries, dry licorice and earth. Beautiful tannins. 7+ years.

2021 Barolo Bergera-Pezzole
A high, pure nose with notes of red cherries, some wild strawberries, warm summer gravel and paint. Stunning.
The taste is deep and pure with notes of hard cherry candy, tobacco, asphalt and red licorice. The finish goes on and on. Great wine. 8+ years.

2021 Barolo del Comune di Novello
A tight, backward nose with notes of dried strawberries, moist earth, rosehips and tobacco. Very fine.
The taste is tight and structured with polished tannins, a very fine cherry fruit and a long, lingering finish. 5+ years.

A large scaled, spicy nose with notes of candied strawberries, roses and bonfire smoke. Beautiful.
The taste is deep, layered and focused with beautiful red fruit, silky tannins and a long, warm finish. Very fine.
