2014 Montagny 1er Cru Les Coéres, Feuillat-Juillot

I drank the 2013 version of this wine a while back and liked it. I then saw that it had been replaced with the 2014 vintage. I bought some.

2014 Montagny 1er Cru Les Coéres, Feuillat-Juillot
A fine, focused nose, and as the 13, a tad laid back, but displaying nice aromas of sweet/sour lemons, peaches, smoke and a hint of ginger. A fine depth, more concentrated than the 13. Very, very good.
The taste is young, balanced and tight with notes of lime and lemon cream, grass, cap gun smoke and nuts. A long, distinct finish with a very fine acidity. Again, better than the 13, and a really fine white Burgundy on its own. For 18 Euro, a real bargain.
