2016 Château Citran
An upfront, fine nose with notes of ripe black currants, fresh stables, leather and graphite. A very typical Bordeaux nose.
The taste is also a tell tale Bordeaux with a medium body, notes of cold coffee, black currants and some autumn leaves, and silky tannins. Very, very good.
89p (tasted 2025/11)
