This Margaret River Cabernet offers up a deep, rich nose with notes of ripe black currants, asphalt, ink, charcoal and salt licorice. A fine depth. Very, very good.
The taste is young and finely concentrated with notes of black currants, bay leaves, iron and sweet tobacco. Long. A bargain for 15 Euro.

2016 Southern Valleys Pinot Noir, Nautilus
A gorgeous, lively, spicy nose with notes of white peppered raspberries, star anise, rhubarb and chrushed rocks. A high, intense nose, Very fine.
The taste is tight and serious with notes of violets, raspberries, white pepper and forest floor. A crisp acidity. Beautifully balanced. Great wine.
