2013 Brut Premier Cru, Pascal Redon
A deep, crisp, bread filled nose with notes of ginger, orange peel, nuts and dried up passion fruits, Very, very god. A fine intensity.
The taste is tight and elegant with notes of almond paste, orange peel, toasted bread and hints of ginger. A very fine finish with a refreshing acidity. Lovely. 5+ years.
