2020 Côte-Rôtie, Saint Cosme
Young and spicy, this beauty shows of notes of plums, blueberries, rubber, dark candle grease and black pepper. Very, very fine.
The taste is tight and balanced with notes of ripe blueberries, cement, dried meat and dried flowers. Silky tannins. Long and lingering. Really fine. 6+ years.
Tasted after the two stunning flights of Barolista: 1999 Côte-Rôtie, Guigal - d´Ampuis, La Mouline, La Turque & La Landonne & Barolista: 1998 Côte-Rôtie, Guigal - d´Ampuis, La Mouline, La Turque & La Landonne
