Even More Spaniards

2019 Xot Negre, Vinyes dels Aspres
A blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Carinyena Negra (Carignan) and Garnatxa Negra (Grenache). A deep, forest filled nose with notes of leather, charcoal, fir wood and blackberries. Some dog fur note, in a positive way. Very fine.
The taste is tight and nicely concentrated with notes of plums, undergrowth, ink and fir wood. Very long and tasty. 6+ years.

2019 Microvins Carinyena Negro Bota, La Vinyeta
A deep, profound nose with stunning notes of plums, ripe cherries, tobacco, iodine, dried strawberries and warm pine trees. Brilliant.
The taste is tight and intense with every bolt and nut in their right place. Gorgeous fruit, polished tannine and a finish that goes on and on and on. From 85 year old vines. 3.458 bottles made. A beauty now and the coming 10+ years.

2017 Coma Bruna Tres Old Vinyes, Espelt
From Carinyena vines planted in 1901. A large scaled, high and intense nose with notes of plums, rosemary, sugared coffe, dark chocolate and pine wood. Very fine.
The taste is broad and beautiful with notes of ripe blueberries, leather, pine resin and scorched earth. Very, very long. Holds well for two days. 5+ years.
