NV Cuvée Vive Grand Cru, Claude Cazals
A high, fine nose with notes of freshly baked bread, flint, tangerines, dry fudge and gravel on a warm summer day. A finely tuned elegance.
The taste is young, tight and refined with notes of grilled lemons, tangerines, flint and dry grass. A very fine acidity. Needs 6+ years in the cellar.
