2021 Barbera d´Alba Superiore, Castello di Neive
A delicate, layered nose with notes of dried raspberries, bonfire smoke, herbs and a fine balsamic note. Very, very good.
The taste is cool and lightly peppery with notes of dried raspberries, herbs, dried flowers and a very fine acidity. Silky and fine.
