2016 Barolo, Giacomo Borgogno
The nose is cool and fine with notes of hard cherry candy, dry licorice, pomengranate and Langhe earth. Very nice.
The taste is young, tight and restrained with locked up red fruit, structured tannins and a long, taut finish. Needs at least 8+ years.
