NV Brut Perle Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, Lilbert-Fils
A stern, stony nose with notes of gooseberries, lemon peel, chives and lots of chalk. A fine mineraly note. Deep and fine.
The taste is tight and mineral laden with notes of white currants, lemons, dry nougat and the white in a orange peel. A very fine, high acidity. A very fine backbone. Needs 6+ years in the cellar.
45% of the vintage 2015, 45% of 2014 and 10% Reserve wine. 5 gr dosage.
