A Bottle Of Bubbly - 2010 Brut Rosé, Louis Roederer

2010 Brut Rosé, Louis Roederer
Had this a couple of years ago and loved it. Bougth some bottles and now I thought it was time to crack one open. The nose is stony and elegant with notes of rosé pepper, sea buckthorn, wet asphalt and blood oranges. Very lively and fine.
The taste is luscious and racy with a crisp acidity and notes of ripe lingonberries, rhubarb, dried strawberries and a salty touch. Long, long with a fine dry ending. Very fine. 6+ years.
