2017 Côte De Nuits Villages, Raoul Clerget

2017 Côte De Nuits Villages, Raoul Clerget
From a half bottle. A shy nose at first, that developes into a low keyed, fine scented nose with notes of ripening raspberries, forest floor, root vegetables and hints of tobacco. Medium bodied. Very good.
But it is on palate that this wine shines. A lovely blueberry/raspberry fruit, a very fine acidity, a hint of warmth that bring out the sweetness of the fruit and a lovely, dry ending. You just wanna take another sip. Very, very good. 10 Euro for a half bottle, very well worth the tariff.
