1989 Chateau Lanessan
A lovely, mature nose with notes of forest floor, fresh stables, tobacco, corinthians and dried up black currant jam. Very, very good.
The taste is cool and mature with silky tannins, a good acidity and notes of dried black currants, tobacco, cold coffee and autumn leaves. Fully mature but will go on for 7+ more years.
More notes of Lanessan below.
