Elke Jung arrange once a month a tasting of wines that are to be released on the state monopoly. As usual a lot of wines to taste.

NV Franciacorta Edizione 48a Cuvée Prestige Extra Brut, Ca´ del Bosco
A
young, apple filled nose with notes of chrushed rocks and chives.
The
taste is clean and lively with a good acidity and nice yellow fruit.

An open, juicy nose with notes of nuts, red apples and some rubbery notes.
The taste is tight and fine with notes of red apples and smoke. A very good acidity.

A
luscious, layered nose with notes of chrushed rocks, sweet lime and grey pears.
Very fine.
The
taste is nicely structured around a great lemon fruit, a high acidity and a

A
very tight, restrained nose with notes of grey pears, road dust and red apple
skin.
The
taste is tight and smoky with locked up red fruit, a high acidity and a long
lasting finish. Needs time.

deep, lively nose with notes of autumn apples, forest floor and almond paste.
Very fine.

deep, laid back nose with notes of sweet minerals, smoke and new leather. Very
fine.
The
taste is ripe and seamless with gorgeous fruit, an uplifting acidity and a

A
dense, smoky nose with notes of ripe lemons, glue and warm grass.
