2021 Barbaresco
A direct, handsome nose with notes of wild strawberries, asphalt and Langhe earth. Very, very good.
The taste is young and elegant with a very fine structure. Silky tannins and juicy red fruit. 5+ years.

2021 Barbaresco Montefico Vigna Bric Mentina
A pure, racy nose with notes of hard cherry candy, licorice and rosehips. Very fine.
The taste is taut and refined with gorgeous fruitz, luscious tannins and a long, long finish. 6+ years.

2021 Barbaresco Montestefano Vigna Bric Mentina
A very deep, multi layered nose with notes of red cherries, Langhe earth, roses and a hint of tobacco. Gorgeous.
The taste is pure and racy with chalky tannins, beautiful cherry fruit and a lovely balance. 8+ years.

2020 Barbaresco Montefico Vigna Bric Mentina
The one year older version displays a fine nose with notes of sweet/sour cherries, forest floor and licorice.
The taste is tight and focused with rich fruit, taut tannins and a long, distinct finish. 8+ years.

A high, intense nose with notes of morels, tobacco, wet earth and rosehips. Very fine.

A fresh, upfront nose with notes of violets, blueberries, earth and iron. Very juicy and fine.
The taste is pure and direct with fine blueberryfruit and perky tannins. Very, very good.

A young, open, fruity nose with notes of ripe raspberries, asphalt and fir wood.
The taste is tight and fine with notes of raspberry licorice, asphalt and ripe flowers. A very good acidity.

A deep, spicy nose with notes of cherries, smoke, licorice and Langhe earth. Very, very good.

We then headed to the cellar and tasted the more recent vintages from cask but I didn´t take any notes, I just enjoyed myself.
