A fine, delicate, refined nose with a hint of maturity and notes of red beets, balsamic marinated strawberries, licorice and a whiff of a fresh stable. Very handsome. Really good.
The taste is pure and creamy with notes of red beets, dried strawberries, rhubarb licorice and forest floor. A very fine acidity. Long and luscious. 5+ years. Wish I had more.
