2022 Dolcetto di Diano d´Alba Superiore Vecchie Vite Garabei, Giovanni Abrigo
A very long name on a very fine Dolcetto. The nose offers up a tight, inky feeling with notes of damsons, violets, violet soap and the note of a warm model railway (from my childhood).
The taste is young and forward with tons of violets, iron, dried blurberries and handsome tannins. A very fine structure for aging. 5+ years.
